Peace activists will be holding an action in solidarity with the major protests that happened in the United States over the week end, which were against the 21,500 extra United States troops being sent.

 

Activists from the Hobart Peace Coalition will be holding up banners and handing out hand bills advertising the early part of the years events. Including advertising of the action to mark the 4^th year of the occupation of Iraq – on March 17.

 

Where: Macquarie Street side of Franklin Square.
